His experience performing in front of diverse audiences and working with other artists gives him a unique ability to connect with students, helping them navigate their own creative paths. Whether through guitar, piano, or songwriting, Darian is dedicated to guiding students to find their voice and share their stories through music.
Nigel Zamora is a passionate guitar and piano instructor at Best Lesson Ever, with a lifelong love for playing and teaching music.
Known for his versatility, Nigel can shred lead guitar, perform intricate fingerstyle on classical guitar, and seamlessly adapt to various styles and skill levels. He regularly plays guitar in church and brings that same energy and dedication to his lessons.
In addition to guitar, Nigel is a skilled pianist and composer, creating original music for the fantastic videos he writes and directs. His enthusiasm and encouragement make him a favorite among students of all ages. Whether teaching expert-level techniques or introducing beginners to the joy of guitar, Nigel excels at making every lesson fun, engaging, and tailored to each student’s goals.
Kaden Thomas is a talented and compassionate music teacher at Best Lesson Ever. He covers guitar, piano, voice, and drums.
Currently in his second year of music school, Kaden has been immersed in music his entire life, thanks to a supportive musical family. His versatility allows him to teach all instruments, making him a go-to instructor for students looking to explore music in their beginning stages.
Kaden also stars in Best Lesson Ever‘s social media videos, where his energy and creativity shine through. Though young, his enthusiasm and fresh approach to music education inspire students of all ages. Eric Marin is the Head Drum Instructor at Best Lesson Ever, proving that video games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band can spark real musical talent. His passion took root in the marching band at Sam Rayburn High School, igniting a lifelong dedication to rhythm and performance.
Eric furthered his musical education at San Jacinto Central College, studying formally and composing as part of the Composing Ensemble. He expanded his skills beyond drumming to include guitar, voice, and piano, which became his favorite instrument to teach.
At Best Lesson Ever, Eric creates an engaging and fun learning environment. Blending his self-taught beginnings with formal training, he offers practical and creative lessons that inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
Marina Soliz is an instructor at Best Lesson Ever who believes music is all about embracing imperfections and having the courage to express yourself—even if it means sounding a little silly at first. Her musical journey began at 14, self-teaching guitar and piano through countless YouTube tutorials.
By age 17, Marina was actively performing on bass, guitar, piano, and singing at church, discovering her passion for music performance and songwriting.
She pursued formal music education at Alvin Community College and furthered her studies abroad at The School of Creative Arts in Melbourne, Australia, majoring in Music. Marina brings extensive experience teaching both private lessons and classroom music in junior high schools. Today, she’s studying audio engineering at San Jacinto College, driven by a desire to professionally produce her own music and support other artists in doing the same.
Marina performs regularly as the artist “RINAS,” specializing in acoustic guitar, her favorite songwriting tool due to its versatility with alternate tunings. At Best Lesson Ever, Marina fosters a supportive environment where students can freely explore their creativity, build confidence, and enjoy the journey of musical growth.
