Yes. Start with posture, bowing, and your first notes. Your teacher meets you at your level.
Who teaches violin at BLE?
Kayla Boggess teaches violin, piano, and voice. She performs solo around town with her own jazz style and brings classical and jazz expertise to lessons.
What is a good age to start?
Readiness depends on the student. Talk with our team about their interest and attention, and meet a teacher at a free first lesson.

A violin that fits matters. Ask our team about sizing and what to bring before your first lesson, especially before buying an instrument.
Where are the lessons?
Lessons take place at 3222 FM 528, Friendswood, TX 77546. We welcome students from Friendswood, League City, Webster, and Pearland. Online and in-home lessons are not currently available.
