How much do music lessons cost at Best Lesson Ever! in Friendswood?

Weekly private music lessons at Best Lesson Ever! cost $199 per month for 30-minute lessons or $285 per month for 45-minute lessons. Your first lesson is free. The $49 sign-up fee is waived when you sign up on the day of your trial.

Here’s how the monthly membership works, what it includes, and what to check before choosing a weekly time.

What does the monthly price include?

Both formats include a reserved weekly lesson time, month-to-month membership, Practice Challenge access, and 12 performance opportunities each year. Students can take part in performances when they’re ready.

With Practice Challenge, parents can follow progress and weekly teacher updates. Students earn practice credits and choose Prize Wall rewards.

Is tuition the same in a three-, four-, or five-lesson month?

Yes. BLE charges a flat monthly membership fee. Most months include four or five lessons; some include three because of scheduled studio closures. Tuition is not calculated by multiplying a per-lesson price by that month’s lesson count.

The membership tuition policy explains the calendar and billing arrangement. Tuition is charged to the payment method on file five days before the first of each month. Ask the team to confirm your first payment amount and date when you enroll.

Is there a sign-up fee?

The sign-up fee is $49. It is waived if you enroll on the day of your trial lesson. The free first lesson and the trial-day fee waiver are two separate parts of getting started: the lesson lets you try BLE, and the waiver applies when you sign up that day.

Should we choose 30 or 45 minutes?

The 45-minute format provides 15 more minutes each week and costs $86 more per month. Both formats include the same membership benefits.

Talk with a teacher about the student’s attention, experience, interests, and goals before choosing a lesson length. Bring up the music they want to play and what a realistic weekly routine would look like for your family.

What happens if we miss a lesson or need to stop?

Missed lessons do not receive tuition refunds or credits toward tuition. Under BLE’s makeup policy, canceling at least 24 hours in advance through the online portal or the BLE office qualifies for a makeup lesson credit. Contact the office rather than messaging the teacher directly so the cancellation is recorded.

Each membership can have up to two pending makeup credits, and those credits are valid for 45 days. See the missed-lesson policy for details and teacher-cancellation arrangements.

If you decide to end membership, BLE must receive your withdrawal request by the 15th of the month for it to take effect at the end of that month. The withdrawal policy explains how to submit the request.

What else should we include in our budget?

Ask your teacher what instrument and equipment you’ll need for practice at home before buying. If you already own an instrument, describe it to the teacher so you can discuss whether it suits your starting point.

Best Band Ever has separate enrollment and tuition. Additional private lessons for performance preparation can also be purchased; ask the team about the price and available times before adding them.

Can kids and adults try a lesson?

Yes. BLE offers private piano, voice, guitar, drum, violin, bass, and ukulele lessons for kids and adults. Lessons take place at 3222 FM 528, Friendswood, TX 77546.
