STUDIO POLICIES

At Best Lesson Ever, we understand that life can get complicated. We also know that successful and fulfilling music lessons depend on regular commitment.
That’s why we’ve designed our policies to give you as much flexibility as possible while still promoting consistency.

Our teachers reserve time on their schedules, plan for lessons, and invest in the long-term development of each student. To provide regular, quality lessons, the following policies have been put in place. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please contact us at info@bestlessonever.com

national holidays (see our calendar). We are open 47 weeks per year.
  2. A $49 Registration Fee is applied to all new students.
  3. Tuition is billed 5 days before the first of each month to payment methods on file.

  1. Students are expected to show up on time for their weekly lessons
  2. Students are responsible for having their own instrument and any other notes or charts from previous lessons.

considered a makeup lesson). Alternatively, you can join our monthly make-up class on the last Saturday of every month.
    5. Our teachers are trained to go above and beyond to help work out a make-up lesson time, but the onus is on the caregiver/parent to jointly
work with their instructor to find a mutually beneficial time.
      1. In lieu of a new lesson, you can try adding an extra 30 minutes to next week’s lesson, or adding an extra 15 minutes on top of
your next two lessons (schedule permitting)
      2. If the scheduling is difficult, we encourage your to attend a group make up class. You can also schedule a make-up on one of our holiday weeks.
  5. If we cannot provide a suitable substitute, a make-up lesson will be provided in the event of instructor cancellations or emergencies.

Property Damage Policy

At Best Lesson Ever, we pride ourselves on providing a high-tech, engaging learning environment that enhances the music education experience. To maintain this level of quality and care, we ask that all students and parents adhere to the following Property Damage Policy:

1. Responsibility for Damage
   – Any damage caused to Best Lesson Ever property, including but not limited to musical instruments, electronic devices, furniture, and other equipment, is the financial responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian.
   – If a student accidentally damages Best Lesson Ever property during a lesson, the parent or guardian will be responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement. An invoice detailing the cost will be provided.

2. High-Tech vs. Low-Tech Environment
   – Best Lesson Ever strives to incorporate technology in its lessons to enhance the student experience. However, if a parent or guardian does not agree to accept financial responsibility for potential damages, their student will be placed in a low-tech learning environment. This environment will exclude the use of high-value equipment and technology during lessons to minimize risk.

3. Preventative Measures
   – Teachers will make every effort to guide students in using equipment responsibly and safely during lessons.
   – Parents are encouraged to discuss proper care and handling of instruments and technology with their children to help prevent accidents.

4. Acknowledgment of Policy
   – Upon enrollment or renewal, all parents and guardians must review and sign an acknowledgment form agreeing to this Property Damage Policy.
   – This signed acknowledgment will be kept on file and will serve as confirmation of acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy.
